Lives Impacted

Sahara Sakshrta Educational & Social Welfare Society was founded in 2006 by a group of dedicated social workers in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, driven by a shared belief that every individual - regardless of their economic background - deserves access to education, justice, and dignity.

Starting with a small team and a big vision, the organization began its journey with drug de-addiction awareness programs in the local community. Over the years, the scope of work expanded significantly - from child rights and education to women empowerment, legal aid, LGBTQ rights, and disability welfare.

Today, Sahara Sakshrta is recognized by multiple departments of the Government of Madhya Pradesh, and works in partnership with national organizations including CRY Delhi and Mariwala Health Initiative. Our work spans 8 districts of Madhya Pradesh, having impacted over 50,000 lives through 500+ events, programs, and awareness campaigns.
