Refund Policy

Donations made to Sahara Sakshrta are generally treated as voluntary contributions for charitable and social welfare work. We encourage donors to review donation details carefully before completing payment.

If a donation is made in error, duplicated unintentionally, or processed with an incorrect amount due to a technical issue, the donor should contact us as soon as possible with transaction details, date, amount, and contact information. Requests should be sent to saharasakshrtaedu@gmail.com.

Approved refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, where applicable, processed back to the original payment source within a reasonable operational time frame. Refund approval may be subject to payment gateway confirmation, bank processing timelines, and anti-fraud checks.
